This was a piece commissioned for three friends. My intent is that each panel should reflect their different personalities, from reserved to very extroverted. They all share a core set of beliefs, but are at different stages in life. Some in more uncertain territory and with a bigger store of secrets than others. I wanted to depict the level of disclosure versus secrecy that each share and the abrupt (scar) border between the hidden and the overt.
